Product Returns


If you have ordered the wrong size bed or the wrong colour, you can return items up to 14 days after the date you received them unless you have purchased a personalized the bed, as personalized beds cannot be returned unless faulty as they can not be resold but they are still covered by the 3 month warranty period, and all other beds can be returned as long as they are in an unused, as new, resalable condition and within the 14 day period. 

Please only return them in the box they were supplied in and secure with tape. 

Please Do Not roll or squash the beds into smaller packaging, as the bed condition will be affected, and the refund may not be given as a result.

You may wish to use an online delivery company who will collect and deliver your item back to us, please use a shipping service that requires a signature as proof of delivery.  If you have received a product that has arrived faulty / damaged by transit please contact us we will get the item replaced or refunded at our cost.

We are not associated with these businesses and you use them at your own risk. You will receive a tracking number and invoice from this delivery service please keep these details safe as we may ask you to supply them as proof of return.  Return delivery cost must be paid by the customer, as we have already given free shipping, unless you a have received a product/s that are either faulty or damaged in transit.

What is not covered by the Dog Doza 3 month warranty?   

The Dog Doza 3 month warranty does not cover any damage caused by your dog/s via chewing or improper use or neglect or damage caused by normal wear and tear.  In the event that you have Dog Doza Bed with a defect in material or craftsmanship not caused by normal wear and tear please contact us via email, you have 3 months after receiving the item.

Any returned items MUST be in original condition with all return packaging intact to receive a product refund.

The returned bed/s must be in a non used condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving them please also return in the original delivery box.

Refunds

Refunds will be made once items have been returned back and checked, please allow 14 days for them to be processed, if you paid via paypal you will be refunded back to your paypal account, if you paid via credit/debit  card you will be refunded to the card you originally used to purchase the item/s as long as the refund is processed with 90 days of purchase, if this is not possible a payment will be sent via a cheque.

Note: Personalized beds cannot be returned unless faulty
