Are your dog beds "Chew Proof" ??

No! We promote our dog beds as the most chew “resistant “on the market. Nothing is chew “proof ". We have heard stories of dogs chewing through light weight chain, 2 x 4's and cement bricks....nothing is chew proof. Our material is the most durable material used in the market place that is safe for your dog.
Product Warranty

As clearly stated on our product pages we CANNOT and DO NOT warranty against Chewing, as no dog bed is chew proof we warranty the product for manufacturing defects only. Upon delivery and in the event that you have received a product with a defect in material or craftsmanship, you must return the product within 8 days of the initial delivery to the original place of purchase for their warranty assistance. If you are unable to warranty an item at the original place of purchase, please contact via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Warranty products must be returned clean. For Damage due to reasons outside the scope of our guarantee you are able to purchase replacement covers.

Packages must be returned shipping prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend insuring the package.

What is not covered by the Warranty?

The 3 month warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing or improper use or neglect, damage caused by normal wear and tear. Toys are not covered under warranty. Toys are intended as interactive play toys not chew toys.
Warranty on all our other items

Currently we do not warrant our other products against chewing, if there is a manufacture defect please sends us an email and photo and we will try our best to accommodate you.

What we need to process a warranty is

  1. An email sent by the person who placed the order (usually you) with your name and address
  2. A photo of the defect
  3. Date purchased.
