Pricing and Payment

The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.

Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. Delivery

Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. We aim to make deliveries within 3 days but please allow up to 10 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.

Cleaning

Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.

Returns & Refunds

As all our beds are hand made there could be a variation in the size quoted on the site of up to ten percent
This due to how each machinist works sews the fabric together Some take a larger seam than others
Therefore please take this into account when ordering it is better for your pet to be completely comfortable in there new doze bed than cramped up.
