It’s advisable to give the dog its own bed if he spends the night somewhere else. This will put him at ease.

The extremely dense synthetic fiber weave of our Waterproof Material not only stops moisture, but also odours! Dirt, grime, and even mold spores have a tough time sticking to the bed cover, and when these elements can't stick around neither can the smell.
Dust mites cause a large number of allergic reactions for dogs. Mold and mildew spores can also trigger allergic reactions. The sythetic fibers used in this cover prohibit dust mite invasions, and make life difficult for mold spores as well. These allergens require organic fibers to build their homes, and this cover uses a 100% synthetic fiber construction. Dust mites beware!

Please Note: Quoted bed sizes are approx and change 4/5cm when the inner filling bag is inserted, please bear this in mind as you may wish to order the next size up.
Delivery Information
We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 48hrs of the order being placed, on the day of dispatch we send you a dispatch confirmation email, once you have received this email please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Most problems occur when you try to save money and order a dog bed that is to small, please use our breed size options and also ask yourself is my dog big, small or average size for the breed. Please also measure the area where the bed will be placed, is there enough room?
Follow these simply rules and you will have a happy purchase and save yourself the time and cost of returning the product.

Product Returns
If you have ordered the wrong size bed or the wrong colour, you can return items up to 14 days after receiving them, as long as they are in an unused resalable condition. You may wish to use an online delivery company who will collect and deliver your item back to us, please use a shipping service that requires a signature as proof of delivery. If you have received a product that has arrived faulty / damaged please contact us we will get the item replaced or refunded at our cost.

What is not covered by the Dog Doza warranty?
The Dog Doza warranty does not cover damage caused by your dog/s via chewing or improper use or neglect or damage caused by normal wear and tear. In the event that you have Dog Doza Bed with a defect in material or craftsmanship please contact us via email. Any returned items must be in original condition with all return packaging intact to receive a product refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be made once items have been returned back and checked, please allow 14 days for them to be processed, if you paid via paypal you will be refunded back to your paypal account, if you paid via credit/debit card you will be refunded to the card you originally used to purchase the item/s. If the refund is taking place more than 60 days after you placed the order, we can either send a paypal refund via email or issue you with a cheque.
