The fabric of the Dog Doza Active Style bed cover is knitted of high quality and very durable polyester yarns. The cover is detachable from the inner cover and filling by 2" velcro for easy cleaning, washing or maintenance.
The inner cover is designed to hold the filling of the Doza Active Style bed.
It is made of a lightweight mesh fabric and fully closed. It allows you to easily take out the dog bed filling bag to machine wash and remove if you wish to wash the outer cover.

Synthetic Fibers Resist Odours
The extremely dense synthetic fiber weave of our Waterproof Material not only stops moisture, but also odours! Dirt, grime, and even mold spores have a tough time sticking to the bed cover, and when these elements can't stick around neither can the smell.
Dust mites cause a large number of allergic reactions for dogs. Mold and mildew spores can also trigger allergic reactions. The sythetic fibers used in this cover prohibit dust mite invasions, and make life difficult for mold spores as well. These allergens require organic fibers to build their homes, and this cover uses a 100% synthetic fiber construction. Dust mites beware!

Closely related to comfort is dog bed size. Its important to choose the right size bed. Especially beds that are too small tend to be less comfortable.
There are several things to take into consideration when choosing a dog bed size, such as how your dog likes to sleep; if he likes to sleep curled or if he likes to stretch out. If your dog is still growing you need to determine the estimated size when fully grown. In any case, make sure the bed is large enough to fit your dog while hes outstretched. As a general rule, the bigger bed, the better. There are two simple ways to determine the proper Dog bed size:
1) In case your dog is fully grown, measure your dog from nose to onset of the tail as he is lying down, then add 12 cm (5 inches) if he likes to sleep stretched out. Pick the next biggest size pet bed for that measurement.
2) Choose the right size bed from the breed and size guidelines. Please note that not all breeds in the world are listed. If your breed is not listed in the table, you may want to do an internet search on your breeds size or contact the breeder. Also note that the below guidelines are approximations. When in doubt it is always better to go with the next size up.

Most problems occur when customers try to save money and order a dog bed that is to small, please use our breed size options and also ask yourself is my dog big, small or average size for the breed. Please also measure the area where the bed will be placed, is there enough room?

Product Returns
If you have ordered the wrong size bed or the wrong colour, you can return items up to 14 days after receiving them, as long as they are in an unused resalable condition. You may wish to use an online delivery company who will collect and deliver your item back to us, please use a shipping service that requires a signature as proof of delivery. If you have received a product that has arrived faulty / damaged please contact us we will get the item replaced or refunded at our cost.

What is not covered by the Dog Doza warranty?
The Dog Doza warranty does not cover damage caused by your dog/s via chewing or improper use or neglect or damage caused by normal wear and tear. In the event that you have Dog Doza Bed with a defect in material or craftsmanship please contact us via email. Any returned items must be in original condition with all return packaging intact to receive a product refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be made once items have been returned back and checked, please allow 14 days for them to be processed, if you paid via paypal you will be refunded back to your paypal account, if you paid via credit/debit card you will be refunded to the card you originally used to purchase the item/s. If the refund is taking place more than 60 days after you placed the order, we can either send a paypal refund via email or issue you with a cheque.
